I was pleasantly surprised to find Prima Deli at Punggol Plaza when I went there last weekend.  Yeah, I love PD's waffles, esp with peanut butter! 

Just to sidetrack a bit since we are talking abt waffles... the waffles from Haato is very good!  Thick, crispy, yet soft in the inside!
