i can't remember when was the last time i went to any buffets, think it was many yrs ago.  i try to make myself eat only 3/4 full for every meal.. but it's extra difficult for this month.  trying to live by the "philosophy" : breakfast - heavy.  lunch - medium.  dinner - light. coz going to sleep liao.  so even if i can't afford the time to exercise regularly, i feel less guilty.

senior citizens get discount for their share....yup!!!! great family restaurant.

Another nice place for Jap buffet is at Hanabi, its ala-carte near to Bras Basah Complex..think the building is called Odeon Towers.

Very nice food, too. Esp sashimi.

Kushin-bo used to be much better 3/4 years ago. SInce then, as they gain popularity their standard has gone down a little...

Hanabi is not bad but I prefer Kushin-bo even though its standard dropped slightly. But the good thing about Hanabi is that they deliver is right to your table as its full-service (ala carte buffet) so you can concentrate on catching up with your friends instead of walking to and fro the buffet table!
