This is our version of rojak

Rojak (serves 2)
Raw ingredients:

1/4 cucumber, sliced; 1/2 starfruit, sliced; Yam bean (jicama) and pineapple; 1 red chili, silt as garnishing

Seasoning: 3 TBSP sweet rice vinegar; 1/2 cup pure palm sugar syrup; 6 bird chili; 1 TBSP red chili sauce; 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt; 1/2 cup pure water; 1/2 tsp kelp granules

Method:

1) Arrange raw ingredients on a serving plate.
2) Blend seasoning and pour over salad.

Try putting a  piece of wet cloth on your floor near your frying area(like a wet floor mat) somehow or rather you find your floor not so oily........

The best oil to use for deep frying is normal cooking oil as it can stand high heat. For deep fried food, place em on a plate lace with scotts kitchen towel as it can asorb more oil. For clean up use Bang grease help to remove greasy stains. For clean up use normal towel first then finish up using scotts kitchen towel. It usually works. For me. Undecided
