great ,,storing garlic is  useful tip,,chopping vegis takes more time than cooking ,,

Tomatoes should only be chopped just before being cooked or eaten unfortunately. Dip tomatoes into a bowl of ice water to revive the firmess and texture a bit if stored in your fridge for too long.

Pre-Chopped onions can be kept in an air-tight container. They will usually last a week or so before losing it's pungency.

there are ways of cutitng vegetables very very quickly. I wouldn't mind running a simple workshop on that if someone can organize the venue  Wink
