@2nd floor one is still better.  The new one I have tried is so-so and served me  like boh chap attitude when I bought from her...Sad..too bad...will noe which 2 buy from the next time...

same here... bought the milk tea from her and she gave quite bad an attitude and the tea is not as nice ... the pearls also quite pathetic Cry

tried their choc waffel and found it to be a bit hard, otherwise not too bad
