We engaged Four Season for my girl's bday 2 weeks ago.
We found the van that deliver the food was with NO Four Season logo at all
!!!
AnWe just can’t believe that it made us so embarrassing in the party.
1. Beancurd with Shredded Ham and Mushroom
Hardly saw / found any ham or mushroom on the dish ?!
2. Deluxe Lo Han Chye
It was just a mixed vegetable to me. Not much taste.
3. Crispy Salty Prawn.
It was not CRISPY at all. Prawns were not fresh( that is the worst ) . I can only say that those were really a small “ prawn “
4. Fried Mee Siam and the Fried Rice
Hardly find other ingredients except rice and bee hoon.
A lot negative comments from our relatives...
We wrote to them for feedback. They don't even bother to reply us. We will never use them again. Just hope whoever see this message. Pls take our case into consideration before engaging their service
