The place at Punggol park is called Bliss. At nite is a gd place to go there for beer, snacks, etc. For the morning indeed they serve dim sum but i dont think can make it cos once I and my wife went there expected them to serve western breakfast but realize they serve dim sum so we left.

I tried many places... still love crystal jade  smile... even Ding Tai Feng in Tampines mall also no fight

Crystal is good. However Ding tai Feng is too expensive. That is a Taiwanese Franchisee. The food is too salty in Tampiness Mall.
