If i remember correctly, other few actors also got into such problem before.
And they merely got fine I think..

"If convicted of drink driving, Lee could be fined between $1,000 and $5,000 or jailed up to six months. His driving licence could also be revoked for at least a year. For each of the other charges, he could be fined between $1,000 and $3,000 or jailed between three months and a year."

Yes I think he should be jailed, celebrity should not have special treatment.

I second that. There is an unspoken 'get out of jail card' for most elites or celebrities, based on past newspaper article. Or maybe it is just luck or that rich ppl can afford good lawyers.
