i've seen Grace Fu a few occassions last yr.. still in PSA i think.. she came to the restaurant i worked at at least 1-2 times a mth and i served her.  i dunno about her working style, but in person, there's no airs about her.  She was friendly to most who served her and always came with her husband and sons.
