I am happy with the proposed reservoir and sports complex, but not Treetop, as they would block my seaview when it is completed.  Cry

Is that one of the marketing sentences in yr brochures stating SeaView?

No, just that. Just thought that with the proposed school, not enough space for other high rise HDBs. Apparently, careful planning, they managed to squeeze in loads of flats.  Cry

Just survey my flat again, it is angled so, if I stick out from the windows far enough to see the sea..... Aaaaaggggh! (Fall out of flat)

But the so called treetop or toptree flats are higher priced.
My question is... with all the gadgets to save water, save electricity, save watever ........,
taking into consideration the difference of the price of such 'saving $' flats and a normal flat,
will the owners be able to save up on the electricity and water bills to an amount near that price difference?
Then lets look at the interest rate against the loan, with higher price, interest also higher, does the savings go up as well?
Really good luck to the new 'saving punggolians'...

Anyhow let them gone through what we are going now. After all they are 10 yrs younger than we are now.
