Frankly, once the proposal is being made, we should imagine, plans are drawn, details done, a host of other finding must already been finalised.  Undecided

Dialogue sessions held, discussions made  Smiley plans temporary shelved. In 2 to 3 years time, the site will still be the best option. Lets wait and see if it is true.  smoking

If people are not happy to see the parlour, developments in the area would have obscure the funeral site. Tall factory buildings or tall trees will be growing by then. This is common sense Right ?  chitchat My personal guesswork !!!

Well according to what I know... Mt Vernon is over packed.  Some of the the 'landed properties' near Mt Vernon were shifted ...
