That can be a problem. Many ladies fake "O" to please their partners but actually, they are not getting the "O" at all. If everytime they are doing it, the partners thought they have done a good job...
So ladies, don't please them by doing it. Tell your partners what is lacking in them and make sure they improve. =) Sure everyone will have a healthy and pleasurable lifestyle and keep the population growing !
