From what i see, this is a very smart move.
Now that Durai has give up the fight, so no other details of his wrong doing will be reveal in court.
With the NEW NKF is suing for 12 Millions. And for Durai, with over 10 year in leadership, what is 12 Millions....note that he has been playing with figures all the while. Damages has been awarded to him in late 90s from court cases.
Can someone in the legal sector advise us on the following.
If he declare Bankrupt, then he don't need to pay a single cents?
Is he facing a criminal trial or a civil suit.
If it is a civil suit, no jail term right thus he is free from jail too??
