As title, most people will say it's both.

My feelings on our last election,
On Election result day, I remembered the PAP challenger in Potong Pasir mentioned something like, the people of Potong Pasir will not require any funding packages for upgrading when they have decided to choose the opposition party, to a news reporter. The question from the reporter should be like, will you still help the people of potong pasir to get that 80million upgrading package? (it's quite some time ago... do correct me if i mis-interpret any of his words here)

To me, personally i feel very sad to hear such a thing. We all know no government in the world will help the opposition parties in their country. But to rule a country, to love the people is the top most priority.
I hope he will not run for any areas i may live in, for the next election.   chitchat
