it seems like the clerk of court who wrote the 5 strokes of cane didn't write if clearly and the 5 was read as 8.  i tried writing the number 5 with a quick stroke and it ended up like the number 8..
poor boy, got the blunt of it due to the clerk's handwriting

I can’t come to term to it. Cos’ I always thought Gahem is flawless in all their doing.
I seeing and waiting to hear what good reason/explanations for this incident. I feel the pain for the guy who rec’d 48 stokes. Ouch!
