Crime alerts from Singapore Police Force

Four handphone thefts occured in Sep'07 when the culprit offered
non-existent jobs to victims.
He would keeps his victims' handphone as collateral while he sent the
victims on errands.
When the victims returned, the culprit had fled.

Description of the culprit:
*       Male Malay
*       20 ~ 35 yrs old
*       Medium built
*       About 1.8m tall
*       Short hair
