An online outcry among net-citizens has broken out over  two staff from the Northwest Community Development Council (CDC) receiving bonuses of eight months last year, including the 13th month bonus.

When asked about the matter at a recent event for the needy, the boss clarifies that he does not decide on the salaries, the increments, the bonuses of all our staff at the CDC.


  If the boss has no right to determine who should have a pay rise, who should have a pay cut, who should be awarded a " johnny walker "  got kick out lah, then what sort of a boss is he ?
