But not mine. Got my BTO flat at $208k, collected their treetop brochure, some 4 room units selling only at $208K. Maybe next to central rubbish chute... cheers

To confirm again, this tree-top is not directly at Damai LRT right? Must cross the junction isn't it?

Personally i really think punggol is not so bad. There is a great potential for growth. While other estates are so pacKed and old, ours are relatively spaced out. Not forgeting the greens and serenity (when no planes flying).
