why don't you print out the paper and paste it onto thAT IDIOT's door, along the corridor. They may not know who is it? They are 11 units below, right?



I think this is not a good way, they may not know who is is but " that Idiot" may do it even often to take action again the 11 units below ( we are alway in the loser part because we stay below him / her ). Why don't gather 11 units owner try to talk nicely to that "IDIOT", if not work then take whatever action you all want. *** I ever got it at my old house at bedok 4th storey *****

my neighbour upstairs have this same habit too..before she got a maid, she washes her bedsheets probably once a month, or every two months.. now the poor maid, she washes it every day.. and by hand.  coz if your wash by machine, it shouldn't drip as much.. and our clothes get wet as well.  my mum gets so angry everytime it happens..
