The authorities kept saying, they have already trained thouands of hawkers on courtesy. Actually we are not complaining about them, we just want them to be more gracious and be happy with what they are doing.

I was always wandering why they are not happy with what they are doing. If they are not willing to serve customers with a smile, why stay on with the job.

Go for another job and let those who can serve with a smile take their place........agreed ?
