I can't agree with this, because many times while driving home I will encounter a patrol car from Sengkang NPP. So I have to guai guai drive at 60km/h... Roll Eyes

As for reaction time, I recall there were 2 incidents that happened near my place. In both cases the first patrol car arrived in < 5 mins.

hae all punggol resident noticed that whole punggol semdom saw police petrol around....izzt this area dont need police or the tax that we pay are less....really cant believe if any serious crime happen here they take how long to reach?Huh? mad mad mad
u dun see it doesn't mean they din come.
it is just like... i dun see u go toilet, does it mean u dun shit at all?

if you like to see them so much, check with them their patrolling schedule, and u apply leave and stand at road junction to watch them pass by... smoking

Hmmm... there were 2 incidents (not accident) when my friend in Punggol called for police help... patrol only arrived at an average 25mins later, despite calling 2 times during each incident.

Maybe it is the timing, my friend's incidents happened quite late at night.
