clapping The people to blame for the smelly and always wet....no toilet paper is the public...I felt.  One evening while using the toilet on the first floor, I witness a few young guys washing their feet and peeing from a distance after their basketball game at a court nearby.  After which, they would draw endless pieces of toilet papers to dry their feet and just simply left the used papers as it is on the wet floor.  I simply felt it was the public that used and abused and lets leave those guys working in Punggol Plaza alone, it is then bloody tough to deal with such inconsiderate brats.
