Sounds like a severe case of depressive disorder and manic behaviour if you ask me. He must be frustrated at something to behave this way.

One of the women who did photocopies for me at the other shop was rather rude to me as well unfortunately

same here...felt that there is utterly no customer service so as to speak..wonder why they want to operate a shop in the first place...unless i see some improvement in their attitude..im going to boycott the shop...what a service!

  ai yo ... why not email to the building management and get them to handle... and wonder why they dun wan to get popular bookshop in ... only mall in punggol but a miserable and boring mall ... sengkang malls are much better off maybe bcos they are from capitalland, a better organisation...  8)
