Noise Neighbour

Everyday the kids jump ard the house. So noise... Morning & afternoon still OK... But at night 2am - 3am still can hear the kids jumping or walking sound. Pong... Pong... Pong... I think the mother of the kids dun really care abt tis. Plz think abt other ppl...  Plz dun smoke outside the window...Is really very very smelly.

abit spooky leh..... got hear kids playing marbles?? i do heard of such spooky tales before...

y cant smoke outside the window??? he or she got the right to smoke at his or her own window

y cant smoke outside the window??? he or she got the right to smoke at his or her own window
 

Ya, why can't smoke outside the window? The owner got the right to smoke which ever part of his or her house. I think the only thing you can do is to move away from the window if you smell smoke, this is what I did. Can't tell the person off in this case.
