well, after I caught him the first time, stupidly I didn't take down his details and let him go with a warning, the second time he stole (which I didn't catch), simple, make a report. If I caught him doing it again, too bad for him. I'll probably kick him silly, THEN call the cops. Sorry for being violent.... hate stoopid farts who commit REALLY PETTY thefts.....

thought of it, but figured for newspapers, its not worth it.... anyway, nothing's been taken since the police report, but I seriously doubt it's thanks to the police.... as the phone call from them said the couldn't find anything, and were closing the case....
