If this is a group clinic, you should consider writing to the 'big boss' and tell him/her to consider removing such uncaring staff!

i went to this clinic once and finds out they are overcharging.
Besides, they are giving me alot of medicines which is unnecessary.

Well there are other clinics around PG or SK.
The one a rivervale mall is (level one) is not too bad.

I agree totally man! This Mutual Clinic Sucks!
Below is my enounter:

I'm not sure if any of us here have any bad experience with the clinic located at Blk 106A Punggol Field.
We always think clinics are run by doctors who are in nature willing to help the sicked but it seems this clinic do not have this 'MUTUAL' understanding with my encounters.
THe clinic states their opening and closing hours clearly on their doors, but yet when I am sicked and tried my best to rushed down before the closing time, I am rejected to be seen.
THe receiption particularly is rude and just keep repeating herself tat "Sorry we are closed". When I told her I am really not well and needs to see the doctor, she just reply, "Sorry we are closed". I asked her politely that they stated their closing hour and I was there 10 mins before that, she just say,"Sorry, we are closed."
I have also heard some others with the same encounter. Wat a clinic! I will never go there anymore! Even if I am dying!
THey really think they are the only clinic in Punggol!

Perhaps if any of you can get hold of all the doctors' email address, should send them this link and let them monitor the feedback on their clinic and staff.
Then they will know why they have alot of patient records but only just few visits per patient.
Reason is simple, they got not just attitude problem, these bunch of $$$ minded business people don't have a caring heart of the medical field! Pwee!!!!
