just 'accidently' langgar their bike so it will topple
see whether the owner heart pain or not

for your info
i do park my bike under void deck
last time when i was single
but i always make a point when parking like

switch off the engine before entering the void deck
start the engine at the carpark after pushing the bike (not easy...big bike)
always face the exhaust next to a wall
never obstruct
never ride the bike under the block
always give pedesterian go first

this little things might not meant much but really meant alot to those living directly above
so far for 3 years, nobody complain till i get married and move out
some more those residents can warn me by putting a little note on my bike
like 'saw town council guys going around, so park your bike in the lot till it clear'
