It's just happen to me this year ... not sure what our neighbour trying to do ...

Actually may not be "what are neighbour trying to do.." it's what our provider has done ba.
From my understanding. your phone wil pick up the network with the stronger recep, so it may be your provider signal too weak/lose signal thus picking up Malaysia Signal  which is stronger.
SO i think if to complain, i believe is to your service provider.

well malaysia base station probably boost their signal to allow boats or ships to use their network out at sea...so if by line of sight u are staying higher floor towards malaysia..u may get it lor

m1 technician cld prob boost the signal ard your area or somethinng to prevent this...or u manually selet m1 as proviider and turn off auto detect..but will need to manually select operator if u go overseas
