Noise from PP roof top air vent

I had just shifted in the 128 cluster opposite PP and staying on the higher level. I was wondering if any neighbours suffer from the endless droning of PP aircon vent sitting on its rooftop? The sound is driving me crazy as it reaches up even above 15 storeys up and with the windows closed! And that is from 5am in the morning until 1am at midnight!

Any forumners knows where I can feedback/complain to as now I am beginning to think that living so near to PP is actually a curse...

have you put in curtains, and moved in most of your furniture?

it will help to reduce the noise if you have not.. and over time.. you will get used to the background noise so it might be better... the aircraft noise will be worse.. brace yourself for it next Jul 

if the noise from the aircon vent is really loud, you might be able to get help from NEA.
