because thats the home of the Indians community
much like geylang for the Malays
and chinatown for the Chinese

therefore usually the home of majority community
you can get the taste of the real thing
futhermore there is more competition
therefore they cannot slack on their quality

yup i prefer their paper prata and paper tohsei
but parking there can be quite a problem
