Guys, lets us start a comprehensive neighbourhood watch group, a group for each precint, going down to individual blocks, lets nab this bugger and show S'pore Punggolians will not tolerate such behaviour, even if the person was mental unsound, we need to stamp out such behaviour.

Is there any neighbourhood watch group in punggol that we can join? or somewhere we can complain such matters to? The reason some of the neighbours hang their clothes out at the corridor is because the design of the building is in such a way where the area for hanging clothes doesn't seem to have sunlight to dry the clothes esp unit numbers like 386. That part I understand but not about neighbours having to hang clothes and dry their shrimps at the playground. lol.
