my dad asked her to go report to the police. RC member or not, she should not speak in such a manner. Moreover, when she stood at the door, she gestured my dad to come to her using the "index finger flicking back" gesture. Very rude, according to my dad.

the RC lady is not so tackful in handling this matter I guess. A lot of misunderstanding occurs.
