DIRTY LIFTS AT 163A npunggol central

For these past few weeks, the lifts at block 163A has been dirtied.....it is so disgusting that someone actually spit saliva's on the walls of the lift....Gosh....imagine u need to lean on the walls or accidentally touches it ...wah sei...can't the users in our block be more civilised?? Then someone also spit the saliva on the lift buttons ..... initially it was one lift that is being dirtied now trhe other one on the right also got a spat of "mud" on the walls.....
i dun know if the council actually send someone to clean the lifts evry fortnightly? or it should be cleaned weekly....it has been there for one month...
initally i tot our block of residents is quite nice as our lifts n corridors r quite clean...but now....totally disgusted whenever i uses the lift....i cannot imagine if some children actually touches it ...n #$^&*(   dunno tat is actually $#%^&...

At times, the lift also looks dark....I think its the use of the colour and toning of the internal lifts.  Yes, I have to admit that the lift at 165B is rather dirty too. I wonder what the TC is going to do about it.

Is there any place within the community that we can call or approach?
