:wave:hi 2 all residents in punggol.im satying @ BLK195C.thk dat many ppl hv come 2 tis problems rite! litteringbugs-don kno which ppl don kno wat is call "rubbishbin",staying somewhere frm de upper floor,often throw rubbish frm de kitchen.eg.hair,maggie's seasoning pack,torn envelope etc.it happen 2 dropped @ de aircon compressor compartment in my kitchen. :angry:luckily is dat i don hv aircon,so its still quite easy for me 2 "sweep" clean it.n theres 1 day,in de very midnite,som1 thrown dwn nt 1,but many,BIG rubbish frm de livingroom.its somthg lik furniture wrappers.i went out 2 de stairs 2 see,n if im nt wrong it might be frm de 13th floor,as de lights were still on n de windows were wide opened.but too bad i cnnt conform wth dat cos by de time i went out,i did'nt see any rubbish throwing out.nt dat i 1 2 be busybody,is jus dat its very ridiculous! throwing out so many big thgs to de grass below.if nt so,i would hv mk a call 2 de police.

Hi friend, know how you feel man.....gets very frustrating...maybe print out poster from this website and drop in the gates of the apartments above yours ....hopefully they get the drift.....grrrrrrrr.
