In general, punggol plaza is lack basic maintenance. The carparking machine at carpark entry is long over due, ie time to replace with the ERP system parking where there is no need to insert the cashcard manually at the carpark entry/exit point. Doors in the toilet cubicle are already falling apart and the toilet bowls are always stained and choked with chunks of toilet papers. Also the bulbs in light indicators on the control panel inside both passenger lifts are burnt out long ago...although this is a new shopping mall in such a new estate but the everything in the building are so worn out and falling apart. To-date, there is still the advertisement pasted on B2 passenger lift lobby advertising about a Year 2007 Christmas fair?!?
change to ERP system?
they don't do it becos $$$$ mah... the toilet also need $$$ to renovate, lift also.. everything also cost $$$ and the boss of koufu is well know $$$$$ 'keeper', don't u heard abt that? if cheap or free or sponsor, he will be very very very willing to do so one...
as for the advertising.... hahaha... they are still living in the year 2007..
