alert AVA for these stray dogs. They are not cute, these are potential disease carriers. Enough with HFMD, Bird Flu, what's next?

Please be educated once and for all that stray dogs dont bite or attack people unless they feel threatened or provoked. Just walk away quietly when you see one, period! Why must everyone alert AVA who will then put them to sleep? Does the dogs deserve to die just because he/she is a stray?

humans r wrong to invade animals' terriorities, once we domesticated em, we find em pests put em on euthanasia Cry
