3 hrs waiting at Sengkang Polyclinic and counting.

Actually, it's due to design shortfalls and space. In Sengkang, the Enquiry, Registration, Pharmacy and Payments counters are all at one location. On the limited Ground Floor space at the Entrance.

At Hougang Polyclinic before extensive renovation, the Enquiry, Registration are separated, situated on the Ground Floor. Doctor's clinics are on the Ground and First Floor. Pharmacy and Payments  are on  a unit of it's own. Floor area are more spread out.

After the recent renovation, I've not seen the place. It should be much more spaceous and organised.
