for those of you who came to my place last christmas.. if you remember the popped  tiles in front of the lift lobby on my floor...

they've yet to fix it...

and i've been calling them, giving them at least 3 reminders in the past couple of weeks again... today, i called for the fourth time.. i didn't know they need more than a month to fix some tiles... definitely don't see any signs of efficiency here
