Talking about Punggol Plaza, did anyone notice school students (in school uniform) smoking near the SAM machine? Sometimes they even huggie, touchy-feely! Haiz.....Feel like telling them off or complaining to their schools.

You think PP management is aware of this or is doing anything about it??
