If he just keep to himself, with a hand in his pocket, and doing no harm, probably we should leave him alone. I have seen an old man, not too long ago, in Tanjong Pagar, scolding with his finger pointing to the sky cursing his boss. Lagi worst, he may turn violent anytime.
In today's society, some old people may feel out of place and may behave in a strange manner. POOR THING.
I do agree with you but I felt that with some help from the police, they may be able to send him to some counselling & this will definitely be better then leaving him alone & let him do what he wants, who knows what will trigger him to do something even more obscene...
