Where is the development?

Morning,

Been staying in Punggol since 2003 but haven't seen the promised development in the area yet. Earlier in 2000 had applied for flat at Punggol...during that time application was at Bukit Merah Central...phew! waited for nearly 2.5 years to get the keys...looking at the models done of the development in Punggol..still can't see the promised stadium/sports development as indicated then....no fast food at Punggol Plaza! No cinema too at Compasspoint! I wonder when the area would be fully developed

hey sty, u mean the driving range at punggol is a no go?

I think they should build something huge like IMM. With everything, shopping under one roof. Compass Point is getting really boring. Best if they have a swimming pool.

Was with my friend & we drove past & saw some construction going on near fernvale LRT.
I think the sign board says something like some sports complex.
Not too sure as just drove past so can't see clearly.
Anybody know what are they building there?
