Watertown is the slowest project(condo/EC) to build compared to other launches well after it.
Twin Waterfalls is almost 70%.
River Isles is now 50% built.
Waterbay is already seeing the 2nd floor ..
It's understandable because the mall has to be up an ready first. Also, digging next to the underground MRT tunnel calls for very delicate moves..
