Most condominium pools and facilities are situated at the middle in between rows of high-rise condo blocks to have better privacy for owners / occupants. Smiley so quite difficult to capture pictures / videos.

When the pool is ready for swimming also presumably determines the time when the keys will be handed over to prospective owners. Testing of swimming pool water is quite a complicated process.
