Housing & Development Board (HDB) will, as the Government’s land sales agent, launch a residential site at Punggol Field Walk for sale on 29 June 2011 (Wednesday). The tender will close at 12 noon on 1 September 2011 (Thursday).

If there is a successful bid, this will be a third Condominium Project in Punggol East and Central.

The First Condo Project " PRIVE " developed by Punggol Field EC Pte. Ltd. consist of 4 Blocks of 17 Storey with 680 units. Expected TOP 2nd Quarter 2014.

The Second Condo Project " RiverParc Residences " developed by Qingjian Realty consist of 7 Blocks of 18 Storey with 504 units. Expected TOP third Quarter 2014.

At the moment, judging from the site condition / markings, at least a preliminary land survey of the total area had been done. Probably testing of soil conditions for Pile loading and type of design was also completed.
