Second Executive Condo in Punggol.

At the moment piling work is still on-going for Blocks 90, 92 and 94. The three Blocks are located parallel to Punggol Drive.

Closer to the open field are Blocks 102, 100, 98 and Block 96. Excavators are busy digging trenches to recover the pre-stressed rc. piles.

Trimming of the piles are also being carried out for the past few days. Fabrication of high tensile steel bars for foundations work is in progress. In fact quite a number is taking shape.

Take a look at the following pictures showing the general condition of the building Site.

Some of the foundations are only with fabricated steel work. Others are with timber formworks enclosed ready for concreting.

In a couple of weeks time, columns should extend above ground level.

I'm new to this forum and I might be an owner of this new ec someday.  I find it awesome that you manage to take so many progressive photos in different angles.  Do you take them at the nearest block? Some of them looked far away, must be a super zoom lens.. I wish take some myself too.
