wonder if there's any recycle bins in punggol estate?
or how can we have one placed in a more accessible location (community centre or punggol plaza or lrt stations)
and further educate citizens to use it correctly.

I used to see recycle bin under certain block. but i dunno is it still there (long time never recycle liao  )
I hope to have a recycle bin under every block ground floor as it is more conveneint, those i saw was alway at a very inconvenient place which you would not walk pass, also under the open sky so if rain you will not be able to go there and thing inside might get wet too.
