from experience......most of them are like yah yah people......not friendly towards the neighbourhood.....and do nothing....only when MP coming,national day or any national events happening then you will see a transformed humans.....with all the fake,plastics smiles....and the behaviour also change......they're just POSERS.....let's hope there isn't any POSERS here in punggol......

my neighbour is a rc members
they are not the yah yah type
in fact they are really friendly people
its really great having them around
and from the conversation i got with them
it is not easy being rc members
they are being sandwich in between residents and the mp
futhermore it is a thankless voluntary work
yes bro i must agree with you, my past experience are from my previous estates, thats why i quoted hopefully dont have any of that kind of people here in punggol
