Recycling Effort

was quite happy when i moved in punggol in early 04 and noticed the recylcing company bz at work...but after some media coverage to praise the effort in late 04 everything stopped...

then i wrote to punggol town council earlier this year (waited 1 yr to see if anything's gonna happen but apparently not), who referred me to (can't rem which gov agency...ENV?) and the next day the recycling company is back at work...

but then it all stopped again think 2 months ago or so...

aiyo ... govt agencies is like that one lah... last time my hubby complained to HDB about dangerous turns at carparks.. they promised a road sign ... but until now no news (almost 2 years liao)

I remember emailing to a recycling org ( thru a web link from ENV or town council lah) that punggol has lots of recycling opportunity. It's been 3 yrs and they never give a reply.
