Block 624B is only metres away from Horizon Primary School. Residents may not need to buy early morning wake up alarm bell. Morning assembly at the school will automatically wake us all up for office.

At the moment prefab / precast units were up till floor 7th.

8th floor store / bomb shelters, columns, facade window units were all up and installed. Very soon once the prefab floor units are hoisted up and concreted, it will go up to the 9th floor.

Take a look at how easily a complete facade window casement prefab unit is hoisted up by it's own block's overhead tower crane.

Each block is served with one overhead tower crane operating at different levels to prevent collision.

The perimeter of the floor slabs are with protruding steel bars. The edges will then sit on top of rc beams where both the reinforcements of beams and floor slab joints will then be concreted.

All prefab units are manufactured elsewhere and transported to worksite by trailers.

Markings are on every unit with block numbers, unit numbers, floor level to ensure it is put up at the correct places.
