About one month later, lets take a look at Block 622 A.

One floor completed, another in progress, thats the actual completion on site, floor number 3.

At the time when this picture was taken, a concrete mixer was feeding ready mixed concrete to the conveyor belt truck. The extended pipe is then tranfering concrete to the third floor beams.

While concreting, a worker is working on the air vibrator, to make sure concrete in the beams are consolidated, void of bubbles or air gaps, which may affect it's loading strength.

Progress at Block 623 B.

Completion ...one level up to third floor.

Level four with 30 % prefab components lifted up, installed, supported and levelled.

On the ground level, on trailers, prefab components are delivered, stocked and waiting to be used.

Progress at Block 623 A.

Two and a half completed floors within a short span of a month. Fantastic ! This show when a building needs to be expediated, it can be done.

Of course, weather plays a part, manufacturing of the prefab units play a part, speedy deliveries, proper and efficient storage facilities, lifting, alignment, struts, and workers / supervisors co-operation and experience.

Incidently, this block is only next to " Punggol Breeze ", so " Punggol Spectra should hurried up...........
